Yes, you can! In order to receive CCS, as the Primary Guardian you will need to provide your CRN number and DOB for yourself and your child/ren during the enrolment proess. If you provided these when you completed your existing enrolment, when you pre-fill your details these will pre-populate for you. After your enrolment is finalized, you can confirm the new enrolment via your MyGov account. 

The safety and wellbeing of your child is our priority and it’s important that the new service has all the details about any medical conditions, allergies or additional needs. When completing the enrolment, please upload the required documentation.

You can use the ‘Switch Service’ function in the Parent Portal to switch between multiple services.  

On Desktop: Click the service name in the top right of the screen to view the list of services 

On Mobile: Click the menu in the top right and then select switch service. 

Simply log out of the Parent Portal and then log back in. If you are still unable to view the option to switch service, contact our Customer Experience team. 

You can view the activity for your new service on our website. Simply type the postcode of your new service into the search bar, find your service and select more information. Once there, scroll down to view the Holiday Program.
