The answer is here
Q How do I enrol my child?
A Easy! Just click here and follow the instructions.
Q How do I claim Child Care Benefit/Child Care Rebate?
A Child Care Benefit (CCB) deductions and the Child Care Rebate are available for eligible families. The amount of CCB received is calculated by DEEWR's Childcare Management System (CCMS) based on information you provide to the Family Assistance Office.
To obtain CCB as an ongoing fee reduction, the Customer Reference Number (CRN) plus you and your childs Date of Birth must be included on our enrolment and booking form. Primary OSHCare submit these details to the CCMS along with attendance information.

Q What is the difference between casual and permanent booking?
A Permanent Bookings are for regular attendance at nominated sessions. They are booked in advance and are discounted as detailed on the Fees Schedule. Permanent Bookings must be paid for regardless of whether your child attends the booked session or not. Two weeks written notice using the Change of Booking Form must be given to change or cancel a permanent booking and avoid paying the session fee.
Casual bookings are made on an ad-hoc basis and require minimal notice. They carry a higher fee than the permanent booking.
Q What happens if I am late paying my fees?
A Unfortunately if you are late paying your fees your child's place at the Centre will be jeopardised. Fees are required on or before due date. To discuss fee paying, contact your centre Co-ordinator
Q Who can I talk to if I am unhappy about something at the service?
A We find that most issues can be resolved by talking to the Centre Co-ordinator. Our Co-ordinators are fully trained to answer most questions. However, if for any reason you wish to talk to one of our Managers, click here to send an email and we will contact you within 24 hours.
