The Educational Leader ensures that quality and consistency in our educational programs is top of mind at all times. Our Educational Leader can weave industry experience, knowledge of how children learn, and an intrinsic ability to bring fun to our programs into an authentic learning experience for every child within our care. Children will learn, grow and belong in a fun and relaxed setting.
Our Education Leaders also mentor and support the Educators within our services – guiding their team to intertwine all-important feedback from children, families, school and OSHC team members to plan individualised programs that suit their service.
Most of all, our Educational Leaders set the bar high for being awesome fun-makers, keeping children engaged and safe in our exceptional OSHClub services.
